Added /trash to all ranks. Added /fly to Captain and Dragon ranks. Added /fly to online store for purchase. Changed out some items in the paid crates & included new spawners! Updated 11 plugins on the backend.

Server updated to 1.20 on 6/20/23 Citizens at spawn disabled for now. Was causing errors. Token trader will trade old vote tokens for the new versions. All crates have a chance to reward players with a spawner wrench. Fixed /vote not giving out vote keys. Added new scoreboard to the game. Can be toggled on/off with /sb
